Resources for National Aboriginal Day of Prayer

The Anglican Church of Canada encourages its members and parishes to join in celebrating Indigenous cultures and heritage and to continue the journey toward right relationship on June 21th – National Aboriginal Day of Prayer.  This is usually done in parishes on the Sunday closest to June 21. This year, June 17 or 24, 2018 are the closest Sundays.  Canada declared June 21 as National Aboriginal Day in 1996 to celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and the outstanding achievements of First Nation, Inuit and Métis peoples.  See Worship ideas:
