The Parish of Huntleylocated in Carp, ON, seeks a new Incumbent.

The Parish combines the congregations of three historic churches: Christ Church, St. John’s, and St. James in the village of Carp. Carp is one of the fastest growing, rural-fringe communities in the City of Ottawa; with a large number of new families and an increasing number of retirees as well. Conveniently located only 30 minutes from downtown Ottawa, Carp has become a community known for it’s rural village feel and ease of relationship building.

The Parish of Huntley a caring, giving community of people who, regardless of faith tradition, look out for our neighbours, give of our time, celebrate life achievements, mourn life-losses, sympathize with hardships, and can help each other in any way we can. They seek a priest who has a passion for rural-fringe community involvement, who has a genuine faith and is comfortable with both traditional and modern forms of liturgy.
