What is YIP?
YIP – Youth Internship Program – is a paid internship for youth ages 16-23 that runs from September until June. Upon completion of our program, the interns receive an honorarium of $975.00 for participating in YIP. This honorarium does not come from participating parishes or the host organizations.
YIP is an opportunity for our young people. It’s a powerful starting point for entering into and opening up to a transformative experience: meaningful work, resume building; networking team development; personal mentorship; faith formation; and leadership skill development.
