The Ellwood House extension at St Thomas the Apostle has completed the extension planning process required to create 38 more units. Ellwood has received approval of $9.5 million in capital funding from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. The site plan and rezoning applications have been approved. Ellwood is completing negotiations with the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa and St Thomas the Apostle parish for a long-term lease of the property. Work is proceeding on completing architectural drawings and application for a building permit.
